I have had the Red Stuff pads on the XF for 4 years now, not any wear to speak of.
However, mine is not a daily driver, but I have put 20K on her in 4 years, including 3 TOTD visits.
I have the Green Stuff pads on my 2002 Concorde Limited, no problems there either and a bunch more miles.
