Their stuff is expensive but good quality and well engineered. They are the ones who offer the 6.1 litre V8 conversion that costs more than the original car! The Startech range of accessories is actually sold through the DC dealers here in the UK. I have no idea what this setup sound like or if there is any performance gain, but the quality looks top notch. I actually much prefer the look of the OEM tail pipes though!

I am sure they are available in the US since their tuning 'Programs' cover the Pacifica and Sebring which we don't get here anyway.
