I can do any mods I want, but will get re-classed based on mods (points system)... Right now, in TTD, I am one point below being re-classed in TTC which would put me with much higher HP cars. I am trying to keep the car in TTD to be competitive.
I might try some underhanded mods that the tech inspectors won't be able to notice... But, since the season is well underway, I am out of the points running till next year... This will give me the time I need to dial-in the car...
I can install the Schrick cams w/o getting hit for points... I can also do a complete "Extrude Hone" (port / polish) on the engine. Might be able to hide a NOS wet system somewhere in the car... LOL
And I'm definitely looking at getting rid of more weight by having some body parts fabricated in composite materials.
If I had a big bank account this would all be done immediately, but I'm on a budget too...
