The -344 is how many miles past your oil change interval. You can find the reset procedure on here. The owner replaced the center caps, and the engine cover. That is a nicer engine cover than stock. I have some stock ones if you ever want to go back to the stock look. Your oil changes require 8 quarts, or 8.5 is some cases. Depends on how well you drain the system.
