Sounds like an exhaust leak to me as well. Sounds like it's coming from the engine area closer to the firewall. Just to be sure, if it is missing, it may also be a vacuum line. Exhaust leaks don't generally cause a miss. Vacumn leaks do!!!!!!!!!!
