275/35 r 19 I run is .6" taller than the 255/35r 19.
Alot of ppl use the 275/35r19.
Biggest problem is when tire is installed on car with no load on suspension it slightly rubs the front, but when the suspension gets loaded it fits fine.
A are you looking for ride quality more than performance?
If so pay close attention to what tire sidewall you run, and a wider tire on a narrower rim will give more on sidewalls, but in cornering the tire will roll more.
The Gmax tires that alot of use run on back have a softer sidewall, and great traction especially wet.
