Is there a good reason for suggesting this or are you advertising tires?
I run summer tires and I think that late in the year when it is cold out but not time for snows just yet, or in my case time to put the car away, that the grip is really poor and the car slides too easily. If I had all seasons on the grip would be better.
Just because people run snows in the winter that does not stop them from using all season tires from spring to late fall. You do not want to run snows until it is cold or they wear away the really soft rubber quite quickly.
One person offered his opinion and you jumped down his throat.
I suspect his reasoning was what I have just mentioned.
