They still employ a mechanic who has been trained on the Crossfire and told me if I needed a new TPM that it would be the cost only, they would program it for $o. Yesterday I needed two slip nuts for the front wing on the hood, they let me go through some bins of these, pick out what I needed, gave me a little plastic bag and didn't charge a dime. Anything I have purchased has been for less than MSRP.
