WOW! another failed diagnosis by Chrysler. Go figure. My original crank pulley isn't quite right either, I have a new one, and will get around to putting it on now that the weather is cooperating. I agree with the others, it is the pump. The intake air temperature sensor detects the pump no working due to heat build up and shuts down the supercharger. Tell the tech that. That way he can check the "sensor" to make sure it is working. The sensor has on rare occasions gone bad which will cause the same symptoms. So, IAT sensor, the pump, and the pulley all need to be looked at. Good luck....
