Oh geez...just buy a couple of Bosch 10 pumps. I always have a new one or more on hand. First one went out around 1k, the second 10k later (black one, replaced the graphite just because). Just got my replenishment order from AutohausAZ. Also, got a couple of upgraded serpentine belts from Rock Auto (I replaced the belt at the same time I replaced the second Bosch 10). Both these vendors are great and reasonable. Even if you don't like to work on your 6, the pump replacement is easy and you get to know your car a little better. I'm so glad my first car was a rode hard and put away wet '65 Impala SS. That car taught me so much. I bought it as a sophomore in HS (it's all I could afford) and wrenched on it constantly just to keep it on the road. The lessons I learned on it saved me tens of thousands of dollars plus over my lifetime.
