When my I/C pump went I printed out a couple threads about symptoms from this forum and took it to my Chrysler dealer (I bought my roadster from them). It took them two road tests, the second having to be much longer to cause the I/C pump failure, but then they cheerfully replaced the I/C pump under warranty. I have not had a problem with it since 2008.
I would not trust a Dodge dealer with your SRT6 even though I realize they own the SRT brand now. They just won't know jack-$hit about Mercedes-Benz AMG engines. Trust the forum, grasshopper.
I get the parts installed tomorrow. Can you beleave when I told the guy at the shop that I have read alot on the forums about this car and everyone is saying its the pump he said "I trust my certified techs more than a bunch of nerds on the internet". Its going to be funny when they install everything and its still messing up.
