Re: Electromagnetic clutch out on SC
A 5* Chrysler dealer is well aware that parts and service are a major bottom line to the business. They get my business for anything I can't tackle and they appreciate this forum. They always have at least one Crossfire-trained mechanic on staff and I provide diagnostics from the forum at all times. For example, even though I can do my own oil changes, I bring them in just to keep my cars in the system. The owners never fail to greet me, usually by name, and they instill confidence at every turn. I shake my head at these Chrysler dealers who don't get it (as in, I'm old school. Everything ma MoPar is under the Chrysler umbrella). I'm very happy Chrysler survived, I'm grateful to Sergio, and I'm sure he's pissed when dealers can't even get their act together to service product correctly that they are supposed to do. Believe me, he's keenly aware of Fix It Again Tony in the US. Good dealers, like mine, are out there. I just feel bad for members here that can't even rely on Chrysler dealers to have their act together enough to service product they within recent memory sold. Looks like 5* really does mean something in the big picture.
