Duane, my Chrysler case rep from the SRT group, after considerable prodding finally agreed to replace the convertible top on my low mileage SRT6 if I could document that I'd owned the car in Florida for at least two years. As soon as the two year ownership anniversary date arrived, I sent him in all the documentation. He took everything, updated his file and told me to contact my dealer for an appointment. When I did that, they contacted Duane at SRT for authorization and he denied that he had EVER approved replacement of my top (even though I know the notes were right there in front of him in his own file). He said he thought the District Service Manager was the one who had approved replacing my top . . . (I've never seen anyone back peddle so quickly and so smoothly than "my friend" Duane of the SRT group). Duane is not a man of his word and I ended up getting ZERO assistance from Chrysler with replacing my convertible top. Just letting you know the facts . . .

Dang Dog, thats definately no way to be treated. Just get so tired of some people making promises and not backing them up. Tough break, expecially being built up like that.
