I'm not sure I understand .... The OPs pulley is broken, NOT worn. If your pulley is broken similarly, your choices are replace pulley or replace supercharger. Based on your description, the supercharger shaft (and presumably clutch surface on supercharger side) are still OK ... so replacing the pulley should take care of it.

perhaps some pictures would help If it seems to you that we are not on the same wavelength here.
