I was informed it will NOT read the NAV discs from the changer... however, putting your music in the changer will free up that front slot to hold the NAV disc most of the time.

I was also informed that the stock unit is NOT compatible with any other changer. So, MP3/WMV support is out without replacing the receiver.

Funny that Chrysler doesn't even offer this part as they could probably mark it up to over $1,000.
