285 35-19 11.2 wide,,3.9 sidewall 26.9 tall
285 30 -19 11.2 wide 3.4 sidewall,, 25.7 tall
they will all work but
the 285 30 is too small
the 285 35 is tall and MAY or MAY not rub
don't forget i ran 325 30 17 drag radials they were 13.2 wide but 25.9 tall and did not rub. jim

Initaly I was going by a online tire size calculator, which gives me very similar results.
I also ran the 275's thru it..
With that said, the 285/30's seem to be the closest to stock, even though they are everso slightly smaller (speedo will read higher). I plan to keep the 225's in the front if I go with the 285's. If I go with 275's in the rear I will upgrade to 235's in the front to keep the size differential similar. However as it is right now, with factory 225's I do get super minor rub when reversing at full lock in the front.. wider fronts wont help much with that. And because of this, might set my sights on the 285/30's
I came across these 2 threads, one of them has pics of the 285/30 on stock rims (not srt, but I believe they are the same width) JHM2K's car. And the sidewall looks nice and straight.

With that said, I fully understand that small variances vary between manufactures and both calculators above just give a estimate.
The final verdict I think will be when I call the tire shop, and see what they have for availability.
Once I bite the bullet, ill make sure that I post up my experience. The more info on the site for special situations and experiences, the better. Ohhh, and there will be some pics. lol
Thanks for the help
