Not sure how they handle titles in PA . . . It looks like maybe the lien may have been released (owner paid off the car) and an updated title was issued. Note that the title number is the same throughout the vehicle's registered history . . .

In my experience, AutoCheck is less accurate and less reliable than CarFax.
