Yeah, I did a google search for anything that could be used. I also searched a sonic 'ray' that would accelerate the hearing loss in the idiots that do this, so when they get hearing aids they cannot then use any 'amp'ed systems (lovely audio range on those hearing aids aren't they? Next search will be a remote controlled 'spike strip' embedded into the roadway BUT I have to figure out a way to make it stealthy so its not easily found. Not to mention, after a couple of 'activations' it would be pretty hard to explain the coincidental multiple 4 tire failures at that exact location. I figure since its 4 tires, the damn thing would be hauled away and maybe lost or stolen in the yard it is transported to. Yeah, maybe a Star-Trek phaser? OK, time to dream some more...
