a few have done it. I did it on a pulley for my SL55. GripGrip did it a couple of times for his SRT6 (took him at least 2 times to get it right ). I think the limit is something larger than 65. Keep in mind that the minor diameter defines the pulley. If you are thinking something in the 65 range, better to find a steel code3 rather than mess with machining.
