I did not apply the above.
At that point my car is almost dangerous to drive.
I did tight the bolt under the dash a few times. It does fix the issue for a week or two and then gets bad bad bad progressively...

So I want to check the bolt under the hood first... can NOT find it

Can someone take a pic to locate it?
