UPDATE: sorry for taking so long but it seems the issue has been resolved. I waited for everything to dry off, cleaned all connections, put the fuse #9 back in and viola! it locks again. i as well drilled some holes so any water that seeps in would drain out. thanks for all the input and now i can park my car without the fear of it being stolen lol
