Also I thought the tune changed the tach limiter to 6500 from 6200 and my car seems to still be shifting at 6200. Im debating on going back to stock and then trying to download the tune again to see if it makes a difference. Any other suggestions?
How did you make out and what vehicle? I don't think a tune without a pulley change would do much. In fact I believe E/C has 3 tunes and many cars with different mods get the same tune. Now get on a DYNO and JeRry will do a remote tune at $150. An hour and then timing and AFR's can be dialed in, worth it to me once I have completed more mods.
An email tune would likely add some timing and lean the AFR's a bit but will be conservative for engine safety. You will need the capability to Datalog, especially the AFR's. I am awaiting my PLX wide and by months end. Does your sig list your mods?
