Just because one dealer is incomptant/annoying does not mean all are. (I've have very good service for the Crossie at the same dealer I bought my Jeep from. Possibly because I established a rapport with the service manager and usually tell him exactly what I need.)
BTW " IMPORTANT! PLAN SERVICE OBTAINED FROM OTHER THAN A CHRYSLER, JEEP, DODGE OR RAM DEALER IS NOT REIMBURSABLE UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY CHRYSLER GROUP SERVICE CONTRACTS BEFORE THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED. DEALERS CANNOT AUTHORIZE REPAIRS."
I also can provide the dealer with the factory service manual and parts book but they should have in their system.
