The RCM removes very easy and is just clipped in place.

If you have never soldered before google it looking for video results. Use only rosin core solder. Heat the board till the solder melts on the board while feeding new solder to the board not the iron.



MOST IMPORTANT DO NOT HOLD IRON ON BOARD WHILE IT IS HEATING UP (Make sure it is HOT ENOUGH TO MELT SOLDER FIRST)! Holding the iron on the board before it is up to temperature may overheat the tracks on the board (BAD THING). I would suggest PRACTICING on some obscure electronics board until you get the hang of soldering. If you screw up the board it'll cost you a lot of money.
