I have an issue with a costly pulley being trashed. The first shop was going to try but they said the grooves would not need to be cut AFTER .080" , .160" total diameter. That would have left .045" for groove depth. Then the shop owner said he had some cutting tools for pipe threads. I took the pulley back. It's finding a shop experienced with pulleys who will bother with a small one off job.
By the way, yes Europe made the U.S., in fact my grandparents came from Europe. Then the U.S. saved Europe from Hitler and we support much of Europe with cash and military protection. We work together just as this forum should work together.
