Okay, the word is official! Becker of North America stated that this Receiver+NAV is the same as their Traffic Pro model they show on the german site. (Can't direct link to the model, so I'll post a picture of each) They also stated that the Becker Silverstone 2660 6-disc changer will in fact work.
