UPDATE 3!!!


Chrysler Customer Care just called me back and they have decided to include my Crossfire in their recall. It will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE.


All I can tell you, if you have to fight this battle, is to be firm, unrelenting and most important of all, courteous. Remember, you want to get the Chrysler rep on your side, not pissed at you. They will work harder for you if they like you, not sorry they ever answered the phone.
