I know everyone has complained about dealers but mine is great, and I have a coupon book with 36 free oil changes or 3 years what ever comes first. I had my first oil change and it was great, they used the right oil and changed the filter and topped all fluids and checked air in tires. I was there about 45 minutes. I will say that Chrysler does not wash the car as some dealers, but I am glad for that because I want to wash it.
