You can pick up a new tumbler from the MZB Dealer, it's around 70 bucks, replace it with your current tumbler. Do the column lock fix while you have the key assembly out. Get a blank key in a new case, cut it to match the new tumbler, remove the little black plastic piece behind the red lens and replace it with the one in your original case. And you'll be fine.
