What I did was use a small piece of wet/dry sandpaper (dry) and just sanding litely o along the length, on the back of the handle. My handle was just starting to peel, so it worked great. If the peeling is extensive, I'm not sure it will come out as nice. The handle is plastic and the chrome coating is very thin. This isn't a permanent fix, but should last for months. If needed, just do it again. Just saying ......
