If using Rob's adjustable fuel pressure regulator it seems the Mercedes part number is 0024772701 which can be had for under $15. shipped as this filter has no regulator in it. I believe the Mann part number is a WK 831, used mostly on the 5.4/5.5 supercharged Mercedes V8's. I like Rob and his service parts but like some others am on a fixed income and saving $30. can be put towards Rob's adjustable regulator. I took a chance and bought an SL55 fuel pump for $80. shipped off ebay, supposedly from a car with 49k miles on it. My car is a Mercedes SLK32 AMG and the cost of repairs is quite high if the dealer is involved. They get $900. for the IC pump when Rob sold it to me for a bit over $100.
I would like to confirm the fuel filter if anyone has used one with the adjustable regulator from Rob but not his $45. filter. Anyone?
