Right on, thanks. I checked the online service manual and I guess to see if the intake manifold is leaking all you have to do is spray a small stream of water with a spray bottle around the cover. If RPM's change, you have a leak. (Page 2870 on the PDF. intake manifold bolt torque is 15ft lbs or 20 NM)

Looks like I am over thinking this catch can install and its easier then expected on these cars.
