I changed mine at about 23,000 miles. I searched ebay using the M-B part number and got one NIB for about $17 plus $6 s/h...so I decided to do it.

Changing it was sort of a struggle. Getting the new one positioned right isn't easy but if your are patient and a little lucky, it's a 15 minute exercise.
