4drturbo- i think downshifting into the lowest gear possible for whatever rolling speed is the best way to go. i do know that from a 30 mph roll and the trans in "D", my car hits somewhat of a dead spot and it takes forever to accelerate. 30 mph roll feels fine when in manual mode though.
