I've been "wrapped" for years too. Perhaps over wrapped. Mine has a sprayed layer liquid electrical tape, followed by header wrap and finally wrapped by thermal sleeves. It keeps the radiated heat out as long as the car is moving. I didn't use thermal probes to document results so hat's off to you Woody.
