The efforts to get a cooler inlet charge led me to insulate the DCAI, only to find that my dual throttle bodies were being over heated with the under hood temps. The fan was blowing radiator air over my TBs and causing a 40 degree rise over ambient in just the first 12 inches of my intake. Gotta fix that to move on.

Well here is the first attempt to resolve that issue, and the results are better than expected, now the air flow into the engine is way better. Data to follow, but I wanted to post the photos of what I have tried. The grill still fits and bolts on, yeah..
