Dyan - It helps a lot if the nose mask is warm, either from the sun or in the dryer prior to installation. I used 3M clear protective film where the mask clips inside the wheel well on the fenders' edges. The two clips on the upper binding can get stretched and located on the back edge of the frame directly in front of the radiator to not interfere with the hood latch.
