Did you ask EC if the replacement pulley they are sending you is different / improved / better than the one that just failed? I think that would be a fair question.
I would hope so! Is there any chance of user error when installing it causing it to pre-maturely wear out? Seems to me it is an inferior designed product.
I was thinking about getting a pulley and a tune from them, but to me it seems like there isn't one with a low failure rate.
