thanks! i'm similar to you as i've tackeled everything except wiring lol i hate electricals with a passion! ahaha Well, painting ain't that bad. As you can see, it took me quite a while to jump it and try it. i don't mind investing time and money if it's an asset that will benefit me in the long run (like learning a new language )

other than the clear issues, which i think i can fix, i believe it came out alright. my coworkers complimented the way it came out so that's a good sign.
