So with that in mind, here is a OEM alternator from a wrecked srt-6 for $70.

I understand your concerns, but one bad apple..... Most aftermarkets are rebuilt properly, and a doing fine. I have this one in already. I really didn't want a used one, finding that that my old one failed at sixty-thousand miles, and not knowing how many miles are on a used one. I'll let you if it fails..... So far, no light on the dash
