Late response, very sorry. After WPCM closed public admittance, in general, was stopped. It can be rented for celebrations by the public. Otherwise there is one day a year it is now open for everyone, the CEMA June car show.
CEMA, Chrysler Employee Motorsports Association, puts on a huge all makes/all models car show in the parking lots in front of and on the lawn of the museum.
It has grown into. 400+ car show with a different theme each year. If you can make it to Michigan in June and enjoy seeing beautiful cars or showing yours it's well worth attending. Admission cost to tour the museum is a donation which goes to the charity the club chooses each year. This past show provided a huge check for the Leader Dogs.
