I am not sure you can buy them. Do you have the CD unit?
One end of the harness has the modular type of plug you can make, the other has two large RCA plugs and a connector I have not seen before. The wires from the CD unit could have the unknown plug cut off and the harness wires soldered to them.
I am tempted to sell my CD unit and cables though. It has a spare CD cartridge, this is a rare item as it was sold separately and cost.
