If you can't find any you could purchase the black mats and have a local embroidery company do the embroidery for you. All they need is and image. Then they can size it and match the color. Not sure of costs, but I have done this for uniforms etc before and it comes out great. They have machines that will likely be capable of doing this through the mat. You should investigate first.
