Grounded pin #38 (Brown/Violet wire) on connector # 4 on PCM. Secondary Air Pump started right up. Checked every connection, tried again. Yup PCM. What kind of options do I have. Should I start new thread on replacing PCM options? Thank you ala_xfire for help.
FYI: KDW4Him, this issue was not intermittent. It is the PCM.Thank you ala_xfire for help.
