If you hear gurgling in your dash it could be the drain for your evaporator that's clogged up.
You can find it by reaching way back into the tranny tunnel while standing on the drivers side with the hood up. You can also see it in the car if you take the floor AC vent off on the drivers side. That will give you an idea were to feel for it in the tunnel

Under the dash cowling there are two more drains for the cowling itself. Those might be clogged to and holding water.
