Maybe the air pump is running when it shouldn't and that would cause a lean code, correct? You might have found a cause. Before you pulled the fuse, could you hear it running after initial warm-up?
I am not sure what to listen for do you know the location of th pump?
The engine light came on again this morning. I will run the code to see if it's just posting P0410 error. I'll upload the results later tonight.
