Order forms are at the bottom of this post as attachments. One is a PDF the other is a Word document.These shirts will be made to order and sent directly to you.
Please fill out either of the attached order forms, save it and e-mail it to Y2N610@hotmail.com. For those paying by Paypal, I'll then send an invoice for payment.
Please get your orders in by June 20th to allow for shipping time.
If anyone has trouble with the order forms, please e-mail all the requested information instead.

Friends in Canada, I will hold your orders here so you won't have to pay shipping. All other orders ship free in the US.
