On my Charger there was a trick to act like you are trying to restart the car, while driving(starter will not engage with engine running, no risk of harm). It would reset the BCM and it would detect the motion and think a sensor was out of wack, and disable all ESP and TCM. Then when you stop and restart the car, it would all go back to normal. You may only be able to pull this off on a 6sp Crossfire, since you can't turn the ignition key to start position twice, and you don't want to turn key all the way off while moving and risk locking the column (Maybe in an empty parking lot in a nice slow bend where the wheel won't center and lock).
