Is that an oil or a coolant flush?
If oil then I'd say put in new oil and change it after 1,000 miles if you think the car has not been looked after.
If coolant I'd say do it with distilled water, getting out as much of the old coolant as possible. CLICK
Or run hose water through the block for a while. CLICK
