I did put in a new tensioner assembly and it seemed to fix it for a little while, i am now getting the same noise again so i dk if the belt i have is possible a little too long causing a lack of tension, or could be one of the other pulleys (waterpump etc.) it does not seem to be causing any issues, just annoying at a stop light. I will probably look deeper into it over the winter and see what it is.
